Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of hospitality staff
- Design and execute training programs to enhance service standards and operational efficiency
- Administer payroll processing, benefits, and compensation structures
- Oversee HR documentation compliance and employee record management
- Develop performance evaluation systems and career progression frameworks
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or F&B industry
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations and payroll systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural settings
- Experience with HRIS platforms and digital recruitment tools
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
