Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen/bakery station, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the crew outlet/bar area.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure fresh stock availability for daily operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist in the development of seasonal menu items or creative pastry specials.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak operational hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook, or in a similar Crew/Bar role.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high energy levels.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work well within a diverse team.
