We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HRGA Legal & HSE Manager to oversee our operational excellence in Jakarta Pusat. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including recruitment, performance management, training, and talent development programs.
- Manage end-to-end General Affair operations to ensure office facilities and assets are maintained to the highest standards.
- Oversee legal compliance, including the drafting and reviewing of company contracts, policies, and regulatory filings.
- Implement and monitor HSE (K3) policies to ensure strict adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Indonesian Manpower Law.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with external stakeholders, government agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, safety audits, and legal status updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HRGA management with a strong background in legal and HSE aspects.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Certified in K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
