Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are seeking a dynamic HRGA & Legal Supervisor to lead our Human Resources, General Affairs, and legal compliance initiatives in Karanganyar. This pivotal role will oversee HR operations, industrial relations, and regulatory adherence within our manufacturing environment. You'll ensure seamless employee lifecycle management from recruitment to offboarding while maintaining accurate HR documentation and fostering positive workplace relationships. The ideal candidate will bridge HR and legal functions, implementing policies that align with Indonesian labor laws while supporting organizational growth through strategic talent management and compliance frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee HRGA operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records management
  • Manage Industrial Relations (IR) activities to maintain positive labor-management relationships
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on contract reviews, dispute resolutions, and regulatory changes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational needs
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions through fair and documented processes
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management decision-making
  • Collaborate with department heads to support talent development initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HRGA and legal coordination experience in manufacturing
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
  • Proven experience handling industrial relations and employee relations matters
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated team management capabilities
