Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including office facility management, vehicle maintenance, and security protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal regulations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
  • Foster a positive work culture through effective employee engagement programs and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce analytics for executive leadership review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR and General Affairs management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and standard office productivity software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
