Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HRGA policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Design and execute employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression
- Manage industrial relations including union negotiations and conflict resolution
- Optimize office operations for administrative efficiency and employee wellbeing
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HRGA experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, payroll systems, and talent management
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills with stakeholder management experience
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strategic thinking with ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
