PT Batu Ampar Container Terminal is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven HRGA Manager to lead our human resources and general affairs functions. As a key player in our terminal operations, you will be responsible for shaping our corporate culture, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring that our workforce is aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and terminal/logistics operational dynamics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and SOPs that align with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development programs for terminal staff.
- Manage general affairs functions, including facility maintenance, security, office procurement, and logistics support.
- Lead performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Manpower Laws and handle industrial relations effectively.
- Supervise payroll administration, benefits management, and personnel data accuracy.
- Provide strategic operational support to management to ensure terminal activities run efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR/General Affairs, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or port terminal industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven track record in policy and SOP development with excellent project management skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly desirable.
- High proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
