Inkatama Duta Investindo is seeking a strategic and dynamic HRGA Manager to lead our Human Resources and General Affairs division in Surabaya. As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will be responsible for architecting robust HR systems, fostering organizational growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all administrative and facility management functions.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the management team, driving initiatives that align our human capital with our long-term corporate vision. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws with a forward-thinking approach to talent development, employee relations, and office administration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support company objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure high-quality staffing.
- Manage day-to-day General Affairs operations, including facility maintenance, security, and office procurement.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, including employment contracts, BPJS, and industrial relations.
- Drive organizational development programs, including training, performance management, and career development frameworks.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree (MSDM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA management roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and government compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change and implement new HR systems or HRIS.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Strategic thinking ability with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
