PT KARIMUN GRANITE is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRGA Officer to join our dynamic team in Kepulauan Riau. You will be responsible for managing employee documentation, payroll support, facility management, and legal compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Oversee daily General Affairs (GA) activities, including office maintenance, asset management, and vendor relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management for all staff.
- Facilitate employee relations programs to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle permit processing and licensing requirements for the company and employees.
- Prepare periodic HRGA reports for management to support informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HRGA role or similar administrative position.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to be placed in Kepulauan Riau.
