Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Design and implement comprehensive HR development programs, including succession planning and performance management systems.
- Manage General Affairs (GA) functions, including facilities maintenance, office security, operational fleet, and permit compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company regulations, handling industrial relations and grievances proactively.
- Manage department budgets, operational costs, and administrative reporting for senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflow processes and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or Management; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Employment Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS compliance.
- Proven track record in designing training modules and organizational development frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cilegon, Banten.
