Daya Alam is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRGA / Personalia Officer to join our growing team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that both our Human Resources and General Affairs functions run seamlessly.

As an HRGA Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture by managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Handle end-to-end personnel administration, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee database maintenance.
  • Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including office facility maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and coordination with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company regulations regarding employment and workplace safety.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance staff competency and engagement.
  • Manage employee relations, serving as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and administrative documentation for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HRGA or General Affairs roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reside in or willing to work in the North Jakarta area.
