Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to facilitate effective communication and streamline inter-departmental workflows.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including office facility management, vendor coordination, and asset maintenance.
- Support the HR/GA Manager in executing company culture initiatives, team-building activities, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and administrative protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly HR reports and administrative documentation for payroll or auditing purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR and General Affairs role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and administrative procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
