Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about people management and operational excellence? Wahana Wirawan is looking for a dedicated HRGA Staff to join our team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our branch operations, ensuring that both our human capital and general administrative functions run seamlessly.

You will be responsible for the full cycle of HR activities, from identifying top talent to managing day-to-day employee relations. Beyond HR, you will play a key role in maintaining our facilities and operational standards, contributing directly to a productive and positive work environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel administration in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Handle industrial relations matters, ensuring harmonious communication between management and staff.
  • Oversee general affairs (GA) functions, including office maintenance, facility management, and asset inventory.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, including attendance, payroll support, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement and monitor company health, safety, and security protocols at the branch level.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and company culture initiatives to boost employee engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HRGA or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
