Additionally, you will be responsible for handling essential permits, licenses, and implementing effective health and safety protocols (P2K3) to protect our workforce. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain positive employee relations to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Handle disciplinary cases and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Ensure full compliance with HR regulations, government requirements, and internal policies.
  • Oversee the processing and renewal of employee permits, licenses, and administrative documents.
  • Implement and monitor Health and Safety (P2K3) programs to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Assist in the administration of HR functions, including recruitment support and personnel files.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRGA, specifically in employee relations and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of disciplinary procedures and labor law compliance in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience in managing permits, licenses, and government reporting.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety (P2K3) implementation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR issues with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
