Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and operational excellence? Jakarta Aesthetic Consultant, a leader in the beauty consultancy industry, is currently seeking a motivated HRGA Staff to join our dynamic team in Kelapa Gading.

In this role, you will act as the backbone of our clinic operations, ensuring that our HR processes are seamless and our general affairs run with peak efficiency. You will support the talent lifecycle, manage critical administrative documentation, and coordinate effectively with our internal stakeholders and external vendors. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee files, attendance records, and contract renewals.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, including procurement of office supplies and facility maintenance.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and company regulations to maintain workplace harmony.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth administrative workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll data and monthly personnel reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HRGA or General Affairs roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the aesthetic or service industry is highly preferred.
