We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRGA Supervisor to join our team in Semarang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Human Resources and General Affairs, ensuring that our workplace environment remains productive, compliant, and supportive of our organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, capable of managing complex administrative tasks while fostering a positive company culture.
As an HRGA Supervisor, you will be the bridge between management and employees, handling everything from personnel management and payroll to building maintenance and vendor relations. You will play a key role in implementing company policies, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring that all HRGA activities align with our business objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures to maintain a high-performance work environment.
- Supervise General Affairs activities, including office maintenance, facility management, and vehicle fleet management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely processing of payroll, benefits, and insurance.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships for office supplies, security, and utility services.
- Coordinate employee training programs and corporate events to boost morale and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding HR metrics and GA operational expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency is mandatory).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
