Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hotel departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates
- Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance service standards and operational efficiency
- Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and maintaining positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and hotel HR policies through regular audits and documentation
- Coordinate performance management systems including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans
- Manage HR administrative functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce allocation
- Lead HR initiatives to improve employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years hospitality HR experience
- Proven supervisory experience in hotel or corporate HR environments with team management responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No.13/2003) and HR compliance requirements
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications with data analysis capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across diverse teams and hierarchical levels
- Certification in HR management (CHRM/SHRM) or hospitality training is highly desirable
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic mindset with experience developing HR policies and operational improvements
