Trust Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRGA Supervisor to join our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing industry located in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Cikarang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, bridging the gap between strategic human resources management and efficient general affairs services.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a dynamic factory environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all HR operations comply with local labor regulations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end HR operational activities, including payroll administration, attendance management, and employee data maintenance.
- Manage General Affairs (GA) functions, including facility maintenance, security, cleaning services, office supply procurement, and transportation/fleet management.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan).
- Handle industrial relations and employee grievances to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Coordinate with relevant government offices and local authorities regarding permits and operational compliance.
- Lead recruitment processes for factory floor and back-office staff to ensure optimal manning levels.
- Supervise canteen services, dormitories (if applicable), and occupational health and safety (K3) administrative requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as an HRGA Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS systems, and relevant government regulations.
- Experience in managing GA functions (facility management, procurement, and asset management) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced factory setting.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Must be willing to be based in GIIC, Cikarang.
