PSG Global Solutions is looking for a detail‑oriented HRIS Analyst to support our US client’s human resources systems. In this role you will ensure data accuracy, generate insightful reports, and drive continuous system improvements while working closely with HR and IT teams.

  • Maintaining and configuring HRIS modules to support core HR functions.
  • Ensuring data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.

  • Supporting system upgrades, integrations, and user training initiatives.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending automation solutions.
  • Responding to user inquiries and resolving system‑related tickets.
  • Documenting procedures, policies, and system configurations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a client‑facing or outsourced HR services environment is a plus.
