PSG Global Solutions is looking for a detailâoriented HRIS Analyst to support our US clientâs human resources systems. In this role you will ensure data accuracy, generate insightful reports, and drive continuous system improvements while working closely with HR and IT teams.

- Maintaining and configuring HRIS modules to support core HR functions.
- Ensuring data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
- Creating and distributing standard and adâhoc reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting system upgrades, integrations, and user training initiatives.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending automation solutions.
- Responding to user inquiries and resolving systemârelated tickets.
- Documenting procedures, policies, and system configurations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and configure HRIS modules to align with HR processes.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and distribute standard and adâhoc reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and testing activities.
- Train endâusers on HRIS functionality and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Provide timely support for user issues and system troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1â3 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a clientâfacing or outsourced HR services environment is a plus.
