Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system with a focus on Total Rewards and Sales Incentive Compensation modules
- Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to provide actionable insights to HR leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff on HRIS functionality and best practices
- Analyze compensation data and trends to support strategic decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Stay current with HR technology trends and emerging best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role with focus on Total Rewards
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) systems and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
