Accion Labs is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This is a pivotal role designed for an expert who thrives at the intersection of Human Resources and technology, specifically within the complex regulatory environment of the banking industry.

As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will be the primary bridge between our HR functional teams and technical stakeholders. You will leverage your extensive experience with enterprise-grade HCM platforms to drive system enhancements, streamline integrations, and ensure our HR technology stack supports the strategic goals of the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes projects, from large-scale implementations to intricate system optimizations, all while receiving a competitive monthly salary between $9,000 and $11,000.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of HRIS enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements for system changes and new module deployments.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of seamless integrations between HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle) and third-party vendor systems.
  • Configure and maintain HRIS functional modules, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Perform comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing for system updates and new feature releases.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, and user training manuals.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for HR data analytics, providing insights and reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues and data discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in HRIS administration, business analysis, or systems implementation.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within the Banking or Financial Services industry, with a strong grasp of sector-specific compliance.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in at least one Tier 1 HCM platform: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS integrations and complex system enhancement life cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications effectively.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PMP is highly advantageous.
