Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global administration, configuration, and continuous optimization of Workday HCM and related modules.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into robust functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Business Processes (BPs), custom security groups, and advanced custom reports or dashboards.
- Oversee end-to-end testing strategies for Workday semi-annual releases, custom enhancements, and third-party integrations, including driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide Tier-3 functional support to resolve advanced system issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior HRIS analysts to elevate technical capabilities and process excellence across the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday systems, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
- Strong configuration expertise in Workday Core HCM, plus depth in at least two other functional areas (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance).
- Proven proficiency in building Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Trending) and configuring complex business process security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of translating technical Workday concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Workday Pro or partner certifications are highly advantageous.
