Are you a seasoned HRIS professional looking to make a strategic impact? Stellar Link Partners is seeking a dynamic HRIS Manager (SAP SuccessFactors) to lead our HR systems transformation. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between human resources strategy and technical execution, designing and optimizing our People Systems to enhance the full employee lifecycle.

You will play a key role in driving digital transformation, ensuring data integrity, and fostering high adoption rates across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a deep functional and technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, coupled with a passion for delivering user-centric HR technology solutions that drive business outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
  • Drive HR systems transformation projects, ensuring alignment with global HR processes and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage system upgrades, patch testing, and change management to ensure zero disruption to business operations.
  • Optimize user experience through the design and implementation of automated workflows and self-service portals.
  • Oversee system security, data privacy compliance, and integrity of HR master data.
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and training for system users and HR team members.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable reporting to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HRIS management with specific expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record in managing full-cycle HR systems implementation and complex system integrations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HR reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., SuccessFactors Reporting, SAC, or PowerBI).
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and how technology impacts key HR processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leading system adoption efforts.
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly preferred.
