ZALORA is seeking a strategic HRIS Regional Manager to oversee our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) landscape. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and actionable HR insights, while also driving the company's broader HR digital transformation initiatives.
You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring our HR systems support scalable growth across the region. This includes managing the full lifecycle of the HRIS, from implementation and configuration to ongoing maintenance and optimization. Your expertise will ensure that our HR data drives decision-making and operational excellence.
We are looking for a leader who can translate complex data into clear strategies, improve HR processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through technology.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategy and implementation of the HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP) to support regional HR operations.
- Ensure high-quality data integrity across all HR modules, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
- Drive HR digital transformation projects, identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Analyze HR metrics and reporting requirements to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize user experience.
- Manage user access, roles, and training programs to ensure effective system adoption.
- Oversee system upgrades and vendor relationships to ensure the platform evolves with business needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2-3 years in a regional or leadership capacity.
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create meaningful reports.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading system implementations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to train non-technical staff and present to senior management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
