This pivotal role involves managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and support strategic decision-making. You'll be the technical guardian of employee data, responsible for maintaining accuracy across personnel records, compensation details, and organizational structures. Beyond system administration, you'll develop comprehensive HR reports, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide end-user support to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly contribute to digitalizing HR workflows, automating routine tasks, and implementing best practices in workforce management. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, HR domain knowledge, and exceptional problem-solving skills to optimize our HR technology ecosystem.

- Manage and maintain HRIS database with 100% data accuracy
- Develop and distribute HR reports for leadership and compliance needs
- Provide technical support and training for HRIS users across departments
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT vendors for resolutions
- Lead HR process digitization initiatives to improve efficiency
- Implement system upgrades and data security protocols
- Collaborate with HR teams to optimize system functionality
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of HRIS management experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in HR process automation projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
