Are you a tech-savvy HR professional with a passion for digital transformation? Hartono Raya Motor is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HRIS Supervisor to lead our HR technology initiatives in Bali. In this role, you will act as the bridge between human resources operations and IT systems, ensuring our data integrity and streamlining workflows to enhance employee experiences.
As the HRIS Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining our core HR information systems, optimizing automated processes, and providing data-driven insights that empower management to make informed business decisions. You will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, implementing system upgrades and ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
- Lead the implementation of new HR software modules and system upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document HR system workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Generate, analyze, and present HR analytics reports to leadership to support strategic organizational planning.
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide technical support to end-users across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security standards regarding employee information.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for HR technology partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, or HR operations.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and HR stakeholders.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and their impact on system configurations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
