Join City Facilities Management as an HRIS System Administrator (Workforce Management) in our regional shared services team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain HRIS system configurations, security protocols, and data integrity
- Administer workforce management modules including time tracking, scheduling, and absence management
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify system requirements and implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system testing, and coordinate vendor support
- Generate HR analytics reports and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making
- Train HR staff on system functionality and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and system audit requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration with workforce management focus
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday)
- Strong knowledge of HR data models and workforce analytics
- Experience with system implementation, testing, and change management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HRCI, SHRM, or vendor-specific HRIS certifications)
