Join Flash Express as an HRIS System Associate and become a key player in optimizing our human resources technology infrastructure. This critical role involves maintaining and enhancing our HR Information Systems to ensure seamless employee agreement processing, ID generation workflows, and overall data integrity. You'll serve as the technical liaison between HR operations and system functionality, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements that directly impact employee experience.
As an integral member of our HR technology team, you'll collaborate closely with HR professionals to translate business requirements into system solutions.
