We are a leading multi-finance company dedicated to providing accessible financial solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated HRIS User Representative Intern to join our team and support our head office operations by bridging the gap with our various branch locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and contribute to the efficiency of our HR processes.
In this role, you will assist in managing HR projects and ensuring seamless communication between the central office and branch offices. You will support our HRIS team by maintaining data integrity, assisting with user queries, and helping to streamline HR-related workflows.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all branches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related questions from branch staff and provide necessary training or guidance.
- Coordinate project activities between the head office and branch locations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform regular data entry, validation, and reconciliation of employee records within the HRIS platform.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and project tracking.
- Support the HR team in organizing and documenting project deliverables and processes.
- Conduct periodic audits of user access and data quality within the system.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and functions is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS software or ERP systems is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
