Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain organizational management systems to ensure structural efficiency.
- Lead the budgeting process for the Human Resources department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with corporate goals.
- Perform in-depth analysis of HR performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analytics and industry best practices.
- Manage organizational design projects to ensure optimal reporting lines and team productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate workforce performance and implement performance management frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and update HR policies in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in organizational development, HR analytics, and budgeting.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel (data modeling).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and industrial relations.
- High analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
