We are seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kalimantan Selatan. This pivotal role involves coordinating and implementing comprehensive operational safety programs to ensure a hazard-free work environment. You will monitor strict compliance with national safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a culture of proactive risk management. The position requires regular site inspections, incident investigations, and development of corrective action plans. You will lead safety training initiatives, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety protocols into daily operations. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in safety performance metrics and ensure regulatory adherence across all project sites.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and implement comprehensive HSE programs across operational sites
- Monitor compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, and local regulatory standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for all personnel
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation including permits, audits, and incident records
- Collaborate with management to establish safety objectives and performance metrics
- Ensure proper implementation of PPE protocols and emergency response procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in OSHA/NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE coordination within industrial settings
- Proficiency with Indonesian safety regulations (Permenaker)
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Certified in first aid and emergency response procedures
- Experience with safety management software and documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
