Join PT PUSPETINDO's dynamic team as an HSE Coordinator and drive our commitment to workplace excellence. This critical role requires a proactive professional to orchestrate Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across our Gresik operations. You'll ensure regulatory compliance through rigorous K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) adherence, lead comprehensive audits and incident investigations, and develop innovative programs that foster a zero-incident culture. Your expertise will shape Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implement risk mitigation strategies, and cultivate sustainable safety practices that protect our workforce and surrounding community. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate implementation of HSE policies and procedures across all operational units
- Ensure strict compliance with national K3 regulations and internal safety standards
- Lead internal audits, incident investigations, and corrective action planning
- Develop and maintain comprehensive safety programs, SOPs, and emergency response protocols
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments
- Deliver targeted HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness
- Monitor environmental compliance and implement sustainable practices
- Prepare monthly HSE performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HSE coordination role within industrial sector
- Certified K3 Umum and SMK3 qualifications mandatory
- Proven expertise in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018)
- Advanced proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience developing safety culture initiatives and behavioral programs
