Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs at the project site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, and 45001 standards.
- Lead Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) processes to mitigate workplace incidents.
- Ensure full adherence to SMK3 (PP 50/2012) and relevant Indonesian mining/energy regulations.
- Manage emergency preparedness, including firefighting systems and first aid protocols.
- Coordinate with management and stakeholders to deliver safety training and promote a safety-first culture.
- Maintain precise documentation for all HSE activities, incident reports, and audit findings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSE supervisory or coordination role, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
- Must possess valid AK3 Umum certification.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, and 45001.
- Possession of POU/POM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of SMK3 (PP 50/2012) requirements.
- Proficiency in Basic Firefighting and First Aid emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to be based in Balikpapan Timur, Kalimantan Timur.
