Turner & Townsend is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Engineer to join our dynamic Industrial & Logistics team in Manila. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our projects maintain the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance while delivering excellence in project management. You will monitor, measure, and report on HSE performance metrics to the site HSE team, providing critical insights that drive continuous improvement. As the bridge between our operations and regulatory bodies, you will liaise with local authorities to ensure strict adherence to national safety regulations and international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, measure, and report HSE performance metrics to the site HSE team on a regular basis.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with Philippine OSH standards.
- Review and update site-specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures to align with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss reports to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the training and competency assessment of site personnel regarding safety protocols and emergency response.
- Prepare comprehensive HSE reports, KPI dashboards, and compliance documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Relevant HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles within the Industrial, Construction, or Logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and train diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using HSE software and reporting tools (e.g., SafetyCulture, SAP, or Microsoft Office Suite).
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement.
