Join Graha Bumi Hijau as an HSE Engineer Staff and become a catalyst for safety excellence in our mining operations. In this critical role, you'll lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across mining operations
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Coordinate environmental monitoring programs including waste management and pollution control
- Deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees at all levels
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports to government authorities
- Manage emergency response plans and conduct safety drills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in mining or heavy industry
- Professional certification (e.g., SMK3, K3 Umum) or equivalent international qualification
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (Permenaker)
- Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting
- Advanced proficiency in HSE documentation systems and reporting tools
- Proven ability to lead safety culture change initiatives
