Chocomory Cokelat Persada is seeking a skilled HSE Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Bandung. You will be responsible for managing site inspections, conducting safety audits, and leading accident investigations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with KKM 3, OHSAS 18001, and local government regulations.
- Manage and investigate all accident investigations and near-miss incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee the maintenance of safety equipment and machinery, ensuring all tools meet safety standards.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for construction and factory staff to raise safety awareness.
- Prepare detailed HSE reports and documentation for management review and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct safety drills to ensure preparedness.
- Monitor work areas to enforce strict PPE usage and safe work procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical).
- Certified professional in HSE, such as S1HSE, KKM 3, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE supervision within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and occupational safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
- Proficient in using computer software for reporting and data analysis.
