Formosa Bag Indonesia is looking for a proactive HSE - Environment Staff to join our manufacturing facility in Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our environmental management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety across all operational levels.
You will be responsible for monitoring environmental impacts, conducting audits, and implementing initiatives that align with local environmental regulations and our corporate sustainability goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to driving continuous improvement in our HSE performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate environmental compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate waste management systems, including B3 waste handling and reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to identify environmental risks.
- Prepare and submit periodic environmental reports to relevant government authorities (UKL-UPL/AMDAL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety and environmental training programs.
- Maintain environmental monitoring equipment and coordinate with external laboratories for analysis.
- Participate in emergency response drills and safety committee meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HSE or environmental role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (UU Lingkungan Hidup).
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and managing environmental compliance systems.
- Hold a valid HSE/K3 certificate (General K3 or Environmental K3) is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
