As an HSE Executive, you'll be pivotal in safeguarding our workforce by developing robust safety frameworks that mitigate operational risks. This role demands proactive leadership in designing safety protocols, ensuring strict adherence to Indonesia's K3 regulations, and fostering a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility. You'll collaborate across departments to implement preventive measures, conduct thorough risk assessments, and maintain compliance with evolving occupational health standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to reducing workplace incidents, enhancing employee well-being, and positioning our organization as an industry leader in operational safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies aligned with Indonesian K3 regulations and international standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards
- Design and deliver engaging safety training programs for employees across all departments
- Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor regulatory compliance and update safety procedures as legislation evolves
- Collaborate with management to establish safety performance metrics and improvement targets
- Manage safety documentation, incident records, and regulatory reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Certification in K3 regulations or OSHA/NEBOSH standards preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety legislation
- Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Exceptional communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
