We are seeking a highly motivated HSE Executive/HSE Manager to join the dynamic team at PNH Resources. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of our comprehensive Workplace Health, Safety, and Occupational Safety (WHSO) programs, as well as Fire Safety Management (FSM) protocols. As the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies that align with local regulations. You will lead regular site audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent accidents before they occur. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted safety training and ensure full compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on site to ensure compliance with WHSO and FSM standards.
- Lead and investigate all workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Prepare detailed safety reports, statistics, and monthly reviews for management review.
- Coordinate with external agencies for fire safety certification and emergency response planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE management, with a strong background in WHSO and FSM.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s regulatory framework for workplace safety and fire safety.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence safety culture across the organization.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
