Join Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd as an HSE Executive and become a guardian of workplace safety excellence. We seek a dedicated Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with Green Book certification to spearhead our compliance initiatives across all operational facets. This pivotal role demands proactive monitoring of safety protocols, rigorous audit support, and meticulous documentation control to ensure adherence to HSE, ISO, and regulatory standards. You'll drive continuous improvement in safety culture while safeguarding our workforce and environment.
As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement robust safety systems, conduct risk assessments, and develop emergency response plans. Your expertise will directly contribute to accident prevention initiatives, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of zero-harm objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and risk assessments across all operational areas
- Support internal/external audits for HSE, ISO 45001, and regulatory compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety documentation systems and procedures
- Investigate workplace incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs and promote safety awareness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other relevant HSE regulations
- Monitor environmental performance and implement sustainable practices
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Green Book holder certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HSE management, preferably in manufacturing
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA/DOSH regulations
- Proficiency in safety management software and MS Office suite
- Certified Safety Officer (CSO) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driving license with clean record
