Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Deliver safety training programs to all employees
- Monitor environmental performance and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing
- Certification in OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
