Imecon Teknindo is seeking a dedicated and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Demak. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across operational sites to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and internal company policies.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss reports to determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize and deliver regular safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for all staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety incidents, inspection reports, training logs, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and auditors during safety inspections and certification processes.
- Monitor environmental impact and enforce waste management and pollution control procedures on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
- Valid professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., K-3 certification in Indonesia).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HSE roles within the mining, construction, or energy industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian OHS regulations (K3) and international safety management standards.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead safety initiatives effectively in a fast-paced environment.
