Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation, including permits and reports.
- Support the coordination of safety training programs and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Monitor workplace conditions to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development of emergency preparedness plans and drill simulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and data entry for incident reports.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic safety principles, risk management, and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
