In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to local safety regulations. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in industrial safety management, audit processes, and emergency preparedness. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting routine workplace safety inspections and hazard identification.
- Support the documentation of HSE reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
- Help coordinate emergency response drills and safety awareness briefings.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout operational areas.
- Assist in the review and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding safety.
- Participate in internal safety audits and follow-up on corrective action plans.
- Support the maintenance of safety-related signage and equipment check schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations (K3).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship schedule for at least 3-6 months.
