Pelangi Elasindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE & K3 Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Barat. As a leader in the construction industry, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance in all our operations.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety excellence across our organization, protecting our employees, contractors, and the environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management within the construction sector, with specific knowledge of K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations. You will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to train and motivate teams to prioritize safety in their daily work.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures aligned with K3 regulations and international standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Deliver effective HSE training programs to employees, contractors, and management
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices
- Prepare and submit required HSE reports to management and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated on changes in HSE legislation and best practices, and implement necessary adjustments
- Foster a positive safety culture through continuous communication and engagement with all stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE management within the construction industry
- Certification in K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) and/or internationally recognized HSE qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop effective control measures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Proficiency in HSE management software and reporting tools
