Sinohydro Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives at our project site in Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat. As a global leader in hydropower and large-scale infrastructure construction, we maintain the highest standards of safety compliance. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for a 'Safety First' culture, ensuring that all site operations comply with both local Indonesian regulations and international HSE standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems onsite.
- Conduct regular site audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with project safety protocols.
- Lead safety training sessions and inductions for all personnel, subcontractors, and site visitors.
- Investigate all workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed root-cause analysis reports with corrective actions.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to local environmental regulations and Sinohydro’s internal safety policies.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into daily operational workflows and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, logs, and performance metrics for management reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in HSE management within the construction, mining, or heavy infrastructure industry.
- Possess valid HSE certifications (e.g., K3 Konstruksi, AK3 Umum, or international equivalent like NEBOSH/IOSH).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian OHS laws, environmental regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work in remote site environments and handle high-pressure operational situations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
