Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies compliant with Indonesian regulations and international standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring across project sites
- Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure site readiness for crisis scenarios
- Manage environmental compliance programs including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver targeted HSE training programs for staff and subcontractors at all levels
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare regulatory reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HSE management experience in construction or industrial projects
- Certified HSE Manager credentials (SMK3, K3 Umum, or equivalent international certification)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (PP 50/2012, Kepmenaker 5/2018)
- Proven experience developing and implementing safety management systems
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities with multicultural teams
- Proficiency in HSE reporting software and regulatory documentation
