Sherman Mineral Indonesia is seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to join our team in Pomalaa, Sulawesi Tenggara. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to operational excellence, ensuring that our workplace remains safe, healthy, and environmentally sustainable.
As our HSE Manager, you will lead the implementation of site-wide safety protocols, foster a culture of prevention, and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will work closely with site operations to identify risks, manage emergency preparedness, and champion initiatives that protect both our people and the local ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems and site-specific safety policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective actions are documented and closed.
- Ensure full compliance with local mining regulations, government standards, and environmental permitting requirements.
- Design and deliver high-impact safety training programs to increase awareness and competence across all employee levels.
- Manage emergency response planning, drills, and coordination with local authorities and medical facilities.
- Monitor and report on key HSE performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to track safety progress.
- Promote a proactive safety culture where every team member is empowered to prioritize well-being and environmental stewardship.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSE leadership role within the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sector.
- Possess valid HSE certifications (e.g., Ahli K3 Umum/Pertambangan, POP/POM).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian mining safety regulations and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable safety programs.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams toward safety excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Pomalaa, Sulawesi Tenggara.
