Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and plans aligned with national regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies regarding labor laws, environmental permits, and safety compliance reporting.
- Organize and facilitate regular safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency drills to enhance employee awareness and preparedness.
- Monitor safety performance metrics (LTI, LTIFR, TRIR) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Foster a strong safety culture by promoting employee engagement and encouraging open communication regarding safety concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or SIRIM is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HSE management within the manufacturing or plantation/logistics sector.
- Proven experience in dealing with government authorities and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, OHS regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial setting.
