PT Sumber Jaya Industri Oleo is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to join our operational team in Dumai, Riau. As a key player in the Palm Oil industry, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our workforce and the environmental integrity of our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems to ensure full regulatory compliance and foster a culture of safety excellence.
You will lead initiatives to minimize workplace accidents, mitigate operational risks, and ensure that our facility meets both national and international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed analysis reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian government environmental regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and workshops for all levels of employees.
- Manage the facility's waste management and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, government regulatory bodies, and internal management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an HSE management role, preferably within the Palm Oil or Manufacturing industry.
- Possess a valid K3 Umum (General OHS) certification or other relevant professional certifications.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence a safety-first culture across the organization.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Willing to be based in Dumai, Riau.
